With over 12 years of experience, Tara has worked in various settings including inpatient facilities, community mental health, and public health. She is a Certified Addiction Professional in Florida, specializing in substance use issues, anxiety, depression, life adjustment challenges, and childhood traumas. Tara’s passion lies in providing compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals seeking positive life changes. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and playing music with local community groups.
