Diana DeFabio
Diana DeFabio, LMHC, LMFT.
As a relational-based therapist, she believes in the importance of expanding the lens while considering the contextual aspects of her client’s life and relationships outside of the therapy room. Diana believes her clients are the expert on their own lives and through knowledge, learning, and healing clients can understand their past to empower their present and shape their future. In a post-pandemic world, we’re all trying to adjust to living in our “new normal.” In addition to her clinical experience prior to the pandemic, she has worked as a front-line clinician throughout these complicated times in assisting clients to work through various anxieties, life stressors, and shifting relationship dynamics. She has experience working with individuals and families across the life span in a variety of clinical settings. Diana utilizes an eclectic approach in her therapy sessions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Solution Focused Therapy.
When not in session, you will most likely find Diana at her happy place… the beach! She finds great value and grounding in spending time outside in nature and loves snorkeling with the beautiful local wildlife.
