Elizabeth “Betsi” Hooper,
Psy.D.
Dr. Elizabeth “Betsi” Hooper is a Florida-licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in clinical, forensic, neuropsychological, and geriatric psychology. She earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, completed a postdoctoral Master of Science in Psychopharmacology, and holds a graduate degree in Counseling from Chatham University. She is also a National Register Health Service Psychologist.
Dr. Hooper specializes in psychological and neuropsychological assessment and has extensive experience with diagnostic, forensic, competency, and parenting evaluations. She has also worked extensively with adults, older adults, couples, caregivers, and families navigating anxiety, stress, mood concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Her approach is practical, supportive, and focused on understanding the whole person. She integrates clinical history, assessment findings, and individual circumstances to help clients better understand their challenges and identify meaningful paths forward.
