Diana is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. She graduated with her Masters of Arts from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Family Studies from Towson University in Maryland. Diana’s approach is providing a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space to help her clients recognize their emotional and behavioral patterns and make informed choices most aligned with their values and goals. Diana’s speciality lies in her balance of utilizing short-term solution-focused coping skills while thoughtfully peeling back the long-term layers of her clients’ unique lived experiences to understand the root cause of their discomfort better. Diana’s experience ranges from working with clients as young as 3 and old as 93 in a variety of clinical settings, including a specialized trauma treatment program, hospitals, eating disorder PHP/IOP, and general outpatient therapy. Diana believes in the importance of cultivating meaningful relationships (humans and animals alike!), and she loves spending time with her therapy dog-in-training, Frankie.
