Dr. Lisa Smalheiser is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Florida. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a specialization in Forensic Psychology. With wide-ranging expertise, she supports individuals of all ages dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, marital distress, and more.

In addition to her Clinical work, Dr. Smalheiser is a former CrossFit Coach. She is an advocate of the beneficial use of exercise, sport, and physical activity in improving one’s overall quality of life. She strives to educate others on the parallel between mental health and physical health and aims to incorporate holistic approaches stressing the mind-body connection in treatment when suitable.
