Tara Woodruff, MSW, CAP, is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with extensive experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Music from the University of South Florida. With over 12 years of experience, Tara has worked in various settings including inpatient facilities, community mental health, and public health. She is a Certified Addiction Professional in Florida, specializing in substance use issues, anxiety, depression, life adjustment challenges, and childhood traumas. Tara’s passion lies in providing compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals seeking positive life changes. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and playing music with local community groups.
