Tara Woodruff, MSW, CAP

Tara Woodruff MSW, CAP, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. Tara earned a Masters of
Social Work from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor or Arts in Psychology with a
Minor in Music from the University of South Florida. She has worked in many settings for over
12 years in various roles, such as inpatient facilities, community mental health, and public
health. Tara has worked extensively in the substance field and is a Certified Addiction
Professional in the state of Florida. What she enjoys most is working one-on-one with people
who want to change their lives for the better, but who may need some compassionate support to
do so. Tara specializes in working with people currently or previously struggling with substance
use issues, anxiety, depression, phase of life adjustment issues, and childhood traumas. Tara
enjoys volunteering and playing music in local community groups.
