Exploring negative core beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors are important in identifying the tools needed to live a more satisfying life. Processing early childhood experiences, unresolved trauma, and poor interpersonal relationships is also important (that’s where Anna comes in). Anna enjoys working collaboratively with her patients to create a treatment plan that encompasses all goals. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, as well as motivational interviewing, collaborative problem solving, and solution-focused therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America ad her master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Lynn University. She is also a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida.
